Who is responsible for your data
PT. GODRINKS BALI INDONESIA runs this website and is the data controller for your personal data. Winetobe Bali is a community that uses the website; it can see the member information it needs to run the club.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone (if given), date of birth, delivery address (if you choose delivery), your orders, bookings and points history. Payments are handled by Xendit; we never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
- To check you are old enough to buy alcohol (date of birth, ID at handover).
- To take payment, deliver or hand over your wine, and issue event tickets.
- To keep your points balance and tier.
- To send emails about your orders, bookings and account.
We use your data on the basis of the membership agreement and the consent you give when you join.
Who we share it with
Xendit (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), and the club admins of Winetobe Bali, who see member names, contact details, points and bookings. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
While you are a member, and afterwards only as long as tax and alcohol-sale records require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your account. Email hello@wineclubbali.com and we will reply within the time the law requires.
